These services include, but are not limited to, creating and managing user accounts, booking and managing appointments, providing and recording body measurements, and delivering blouse-stitching or tailoring services at our stores.

- Appointments: appointment date & time, chosen store location, notes or preference fields you enter.
- Measurements: body measurements necessary for blouse stitching (e.g. bust, under-bust, waist, shoulder, sleeve length, blouse length). These are personal data and will be stored to provide tailoring services.
- Images / photos: if you upload or allow photos for fitting/measurement (for example to show desired style or allow remote measurement), we will store those images only with your consent.
- Communications: messages between you and our support team, in-app chat logs, and email content if you contact us.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, crash reports, analytics events (pages visited, features used).
- Log data & timestamps for appointments and related interactions.
1.3 Sensitive or special categories of data
We generally do not collect special category data (e.g. health or biometric identifiers). However, certain measurement data and photographs used for tailoring may be treated as sensitive personal data in some jurisdictions; if so, we only collect them with explicit consent and process them with additional safeguards.

- Service delivery: to schedule appointments, prepare stitching, and communicate appointment details with our store staff so they can provide the tailoring service.
- Measurements & tailoring: storage of measurement data and photos (if provided) to enable accurate stitching and repeat orders when you permit reuse.
- Communications: appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts, customer support responses.
- Improvements & analytics: analyze usage to improve app features and reliability.
