Welcome to Emperva. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and services for booking appointments and blouse-stitching. By using Emperva, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.

3. User Accounts

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.

4. Booking Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled through the app based on available slots.
  • We may reschedule/cancel appointments due to operational needs; we will notify you.
  • You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

5. Measurements & Tailoring

  • Measurements taken during your visit are used to provide tailoring services.
  • If you provide your own measurements, we are not responsible for inaccuracies.
  • Repeat orders may use saved measurements unless you request updates.

6. Payments

  • Service charges will be communicated at the store or via the app (if applicable).
  • Payments must follow the accepted methods (cash, digital, online).
  • Prices may change, but confirmed bookings remain valid.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel before the appointment time subject to store policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will follow our refund policy provided in-store or via the app.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal purposes.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to data/systems.
  • Disrupting the app or related infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and logos of Emperva are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Emperva against claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Emperva at any time by deleting your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
